1. About these terms
These terms apply when you access luts-maker.uk or purchase a digital product sold under the luts-maker brand. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the separate product licence.
2. Digital products
We sell downloadable colour-grading tools, including LUT files and related documentation. Product pages describe the included files, intended uses and supported software. You are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase.
3. Orders and payment
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Prices are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes, payment methods, invoices and payment processing are handled through the Creem checkout.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, the purchased files are delivered electronically using the download method shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Contact support if a valid order cannot be accessed.
5. Refunds
If a file is defective, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed, contact us so we can provide a replacement or appropriate resolution. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and Creem's buyer terms.
6. Licence and intellectual property
Your purchase grants the limited usage rights described in our Licence. Copyright and ownership of the original LUT files remain with luts-maker. Files may not be redistributed, shared, sublicensed or resold.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or purchased files to violate law, infringe third-party rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware or interfere with the service.
8. Availability and results
We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but temporary interruptions may occur. LUT results vary with camera, colour space, exposure, lighting, footage and workflow. Examples illustrate the intended look and do not guarantee identical results on every image.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when our products or legal obligations change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
